Yes. The Canterbury-Bankstown community is one of the most diverse in Australia, and cultural celebrations are a regular and important part of what we do at Azalea Collective. We have hosted Chinese banquets, Lebanese celebrations, South Asian events, and many other cultural occasions. Our multi-restaurant precinct means we can often provide culturally appropriate food through our own kitchens.
Absolutely. Fully alcohol-free events are available across all our venues. This is common for cultural and religious celebrations. No alcohol will be served to any guest at your event if you request an alcohol-free function.
Yes. The Grand Ballroom has its own dedicated entrance, meaning guests arrive directly into the event space without passing through the main area of Bankstown Sports Club.
Yes. Azalea Collective at Bankstown Sports Club is connected to the Mercure Bankstown. Guests can book rooms and walk directly between the hotel and the event venue. Group rates may be available—please speak with your event coordinator.
Yes, free car parking is available.
The Bankstown Metro stop will provide direct rail access from the Sydney CBD and across South-West Sydney when it is complete. In the meantime, there is bus access. The Club is a short walk from Bankstown Station.
