Lady Banks Rooftop has a total capacity of 450 guests across indoor dining and two private outdoor terraces. The outdoor terraces accommodate up to 330 guests, and the indoor space accommodates up to 120 guests.
Can the entire rooftop be hired exclusively?
Yes. Lady Banks Rooftop can be hired exclusively for private events. Please enquire with our events team regarding exclusive hire availability and pricing.
Can a single terrace be hired, or is it only available as a full-venue hire?
The areas can be hired individually; however, the outdoor spaces are subject to weather conditions. Please discuss contingency planning with your event coordinator when booking.
What is the indoor/outdoor split, and can events still run in bad weather conditions?
The venue has both indoor dining space and outdoor terraces, so weather-affected events can be moved indoors. Please discuss contingency planning with your event coordinator when booking.

Lady Banks is accessible via the Flinders Tower lift. This can be accessed via 25 Restwell Street and via the Bankstown Sports Club precinct.

Lady Banks Rooftop offers a full-service bar and dining options. Cocktail-style events without sit-down dining are well supported.
