How many function and meeting rooms does Azalea Collective have?
A total of 15 function and event spaces, including the Grand Ballroom and Theatre.
Can function rooms be combined or hired as a suite for larger events?
Event rooms across Level 1 and Level 2 can be combined to suit client requirements.

  • Wattle Lillypilly and Bluebell – 300pax
  • Bluebell & Lillypilly – 200pax

Level 2

Are function rooms suitable for hybrid events with remote attendees?
Yes, our on-site AV team will work with you on your requirements for hybrid events.

Inclusions & Setup

What is included in function room hire?
Furniture setup, linen, notepads, pens, and free Wi-Fi. AV is additional, based on each event’s requirements.
Can rooms be set up in advance, and how early is access available?
Room access is based on your event times. Please speak to your event planner for details.
Is there a lectern, microphone, or PA system available in meeting rooms?
Yes, these items can be provided.

Catering for Meetings

Is catering available for meeting room events?
Yes. Catering for meetings and conferences can be arranged through Azalea Collective’s in-house team. Options range from working lunch formats and morning and afternoon tea through to full conference catering packages. Please discuss your requirements with your event coordinator.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated for meeting catering?
Yes. Please provide dietary requirements to your event coordinator at least one week prior to the event so our kitchen can prepare accordingly.
